I have a E, agree with previous posters that it's not going anywhere. Boardy, tip-stiff shaft is making you overwork to compensate. I'd like to say yes I would but reality is golfs become so much about fashion to so I probly wouldn't use it.

Titleist 975 J-VS Titanium Drivers

I do appreciatte and understand that the forgiving aspect of the high MOI drivers is an asset for those who do struggle to find the sweet spot consistently, but does make me wonder why the pro's use the very large drivers, is it really about them being paid to use them or do they prefer them? Certainly they have no troubles finding the sweet spot! I am seriously considering putting the shortened J back in the bag. Its seems just about as long as the Burner, its satisfying to hit in a way I titleist pro titanium 975j-vs really describe but I think you know what I mean, I can use it as a 3W off the fairway, and somehow it just seems more like a real golf club, maybe thats due to its much smaller head size.

Do the latest drivers REALLY give more distance?

On of the problems I found with the very large head was that it was only very occasionally titleist pro titanium 975j-vs I found the middle of the bat whereas I find it quite consistenly with the smaller cc. I think it's balls. I mean it's more about the balls than the bats. If you find an old dunlop 65 or something they definitely don't fly as well.

I read an article a couple of years ago with Luke Donald playing a few holes with a ProV1 and an old balata and he said much the same.DESCRIPTION. A tour-proven, cc cousin of the J.

The J•VS is the most played Titleist driver on the PGA Tour. The head has been weighted to. Thin, beta titanium face insert returns more energy to the ball for higher initial ball velocity • High launch angle and with low spin rate produce a more penetrating.
